متن کاملUnscented Kalman Filter in Adaptive Neural Model-based Predictive Control
An adaptive model-based predictive control scheme is proposed for non-linear systems. This methodology exploits the non-linear modelling capabilities of nonlinear state-space neural networks and the online weights adjustment by means of an unscented Kalman filter. Results from experiments show evidences on its good tracking performance even when the system’s dynamics change.
متن کاملOn the identification of Hammerstein–Wiener systems
Special classes of nonlinear systems applied in engineering are nonlinear systems with both block-oriented Hammerstein and Wiener structures, respectively [1, 3, 4, 7, 8, 14]. There are a lot of papers devoted to the different aspects of the parametric identification of Hammerstein and Wiener systems and much less on that of the Hammerstein–Wiener (H-W) systems with so-called hard nonlinearitie...
متن کاملRotated Unscented Kalman Filter for Two State Nonlinear Systems
In the several past years, Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) and Unscented Kalman Filter (UKF) havebecame basic algorithm for state-variables and parameters estimation of discrete nonlinear systems. The UKF has consistently outperformed for estimation. Sometimes least estimation error doesn't yieldwith UKF for the most nonlinear systems. In this paper, we use a new approach for a two variablestate no...
متن کاملControl Performance Assessment for Hammerstein-Wiener Models
Control performance assessment, or CPA, is an increasingly vital tool to quantify the performance of industrial control loops. While most of the research and commercial activity in CPA has been applied to linear systems to date, those researchers investigating nonlinear systems fall into one of two groups. The first group focussed on the diagnosis of a common specific nonlinearity, namely valve...
